Staff Spotlight: Jordan Lambert

Jordan Lambert, First Grade Teacher

The principal of Apple Valley Elementary, Heidi Sutton, will highlight staff throughout the school year. She explained, “We will kick-off our school year with staff stories to introduce you to ALL staff involved in your student’s daily life. Each month we will share stories from our educators.”

Hi I’m Jordan Lambert! I have been a teacher for 12 years and have taught Kindergarten & First Grade.

I love teaching primary grades and especially love how much kids grow throughout the year!

I live in Ellensburg with my husband JJ and our kids Ansley & Torin. We have a big chocolate lab named Waylon and an adorable tuxedo cat named Jack Jack. I love gardening and taking road trips with my family! Exercise is very important to me and you’ll catch me working out every morning!

My favorite season is Fall and I love to curl up on my cushy couch with a soft blanket. I do my best to remain positive in all situations!

I love to hype up my class and hope my students leave everyday knowing how much their teacher loves them.
